About

Teddy founded Healthy Baller Physical Therapy in 2016. He had a vision, he wanted to offer high quality sports medicine physical therapy within a performance gym. Teddy works with a wide range of clientele ranging from professional, college, high school, and youth, athletes to the average recreational athletes and active adults

Teddy’s expertise lies in the evaluation and diagnosis of orthopedic musculoskeletal conditions while emphasizing exercise and movement as the primary means of recovery. He is strongly influenced by his background in strength and conditioning and powerlifting. He enjoys working with gym rats, cross fitters, and endurance athletes. Teddy’s emphasizes injury prevention and long term planning as a means to staying healthy. Teddy practices what he preaches- his energy and passion inspire those around him.

In addition to clinical work, Teddy writes, speaks, consults, and teaches across the U.S. and overseas. His expertise and teachings center around sports medicine, rehabilitation, strength and conditioning, and most importantly the interplay between these variables. Teddy is an open-minded, evidence based practitioner with a reverence for research and the scientific process.

Teddy recharges by getting outdoors, spending quality time with his wife and two dogs, and socializing with friends and family.
